Is this right?
Which connector does the jumper go to on the alternator, the top or the bottom. I can't see which one is #1 or #2 on the back of the alternator. The way I have it here is the jumper is on the TOP connector, and the blue wire on the bottom connector.

If you look at the rear of the alt, the left terminal goes to the light and the right one is the sense, and jumps to the batt terminal.......

Is the function of the one marked "Ind Light or Resistor" to regulate when the alternator needs to charge the system?
