Parting Out '70 Chevy C/20
Hi All,
I've got a totally rust free 70 C/20 that has paperwork issues and I need the engine and transmission. Lots of good parts. I'll offer them here before going to "The Bay". Here is a small list of what I know so far: > Fully functional guage cluster, black, chrome OK but not perfect: $150 OBO > Really nice hood:$75 or Make Offer > Great doors, a couple little dings, good glass and regulators, drivers side best of the 2:$100 each or Make Offer > Left front fender, small ding on wheel opening lip just behind the side light: $50 > 8 ft Fleetside box, small ding just in front of left rear bumper, 3"x3" square hole cut in each side 12 0r so inches behind the doors for auxillary fuel fillers. Have no idea about how to ship? $150. Like I said, all of the body parts are totally "RUST FREE". This truck was absolutely complete and all I'm taking is engine, transmission, steering box and steering column. Everything else is up for grabs if you can pick it up or can advise me on the shipping. If anyone is interested in the whole thing and wants to deal with the "paperwork" make an offer. The cab is CHOICE. Thanks, Gene & Jr Last edited by horseballz; 08-18-2005 at 11:29 AM. |

Welcome to the Board from Sacramento.
Board rules are you must put a price on everything. May I suggest that if you have pictures you can save yourself a lot of posting time and get more members to look at the parts. You don't have to have the pics but it is much better for all.

Sorry Guys,
Although I've been reading here for a while, this was my first post. I have edited in the prices and though I don't have a web site to post pics, if you email me with a request and your email address, I can send you pics. Thank you for your patience. Gene & Jr |

You can post pics off of your computer. They don't have to be hosted on a site.

Very interested in alot of parts, like the bed and the hood. I've got a friend that goes to Vegas every Thursday, so you wouldn't need to ship. Is this a dash tach? I'd love to see pics of the parts...may be interested in the whole lot

No luck, if you want you can email them to me and I'll post them in the thread. Did that for another guy recently. Just an option...

I'm only interested in the bare cab, but would gladly buy the whole truck at that price to get it. Maybe Jake and I could work something out for the rest of the parts and do some sort of split on the price between us. What do think Jake?

Jake, thats perfect. $200.00 sound ok for just the cab? If you had something else in mind, just let me know. If it makes it any easier, I can strip the cab and leave everything else in the box for ya. either way works for me.

Yeah, I'll work out details with Gene. And then you've got first dibs on the cab when I start pulling things off the frame. Send me a PM with your email address so we can keep in touch, it may be a few weeks before I strip the bed and front clip off.
