New member with new truck
Just purchased this '67 GMC two weeks ago. The engine will turn over but there are some wiring/ignition issues and then brake issues that I have to work on before I can even think of driving it around. Here is what it looks like now.
And a second Look forward to talking to y'all. JM3 |

Sweet truck, neighbor! Congrats and welcome to the forum!
Pics of my '68 Chevy stepside are in my signature below, our trucks aren't too different. I like the 4 headlights on the GMC more than the two light setup I have on mine. These guys here rock, tons of information. I picked up my truck off a guy in Gainesville for $4k. I'm about to drop an LS1 and T56 6spd tranny in it (from 2002 TransAm WS6). There is a forum for the "Southeast" Region here somewhere (look at the main forum list). It's a great place to find other Georgians and it's a good place to find out about cruises and other stuff. Might be able to find someone to wrench on your truck with if you need helping hands.

Welcome to the board from South Mississippi. There's nothing like a GMC swb stepside. Check out our FAQ page, there's lots of good info there.
