Radiator ?
In the process of replacing 305 with new stock 350 and was wondering if the stock radiator would cool it sufficiently? I was just going to have stock radiator boiled and cleaned out since it has no leaks of any kind. If it's not then what size do you guys recommend reinstalling (dimension/rows)? Truck does have A/C.

Re: Radiator ?
I swapped the 305 for a little more than stock 350 I kept the stock rad, runs fine never overheated or anything this whole summer in Louisiana, i drove it daily, no air conditioner in this one tho. The only problem I have had from the stock system is the heater core just went out recently.

Re: Radiator ?
the stock rad will work fine, but why not upgrade to a 4 core, you can get them at your local auto parts store for $125 give or take. Ask for a radiator for a 1ton with 454. you will need the upper mounting bracket and new isolators.. good upgrade if you ever plan on running electric fans and a good high flow water pump.. if you have a good water pump and good rad, you will hardly ever need your electric fans... unless sitting in traffic..
