Where to cut truck doors?
I just bought some truck doors and am not sure where to cut them or the best way to cut them. I have heard it shows in the asembly manual but i havent bought one of them yet. Can some one help me?

If you still have blazer doors, just sitting next to the truck doors, then you can tell exactly where you need to cut so you don't go too far.

Yeah I have two set of blazer doors, I just thought someone may have some advice on the best way to do it.

I gotcha! just use whatever that you have available to you that is faster and as said above leave a little extra material just in case, is always better to grind that to weld material back on

just did some for mine, I used a cut off wheel on my die grinder and left a little material. that way i could grind a little for a perfect fit. i was lucky to have a original blazer door to use as a template.

i use i swazall with a metal cutting blade, quick and easy!!
