Help me ID my transmission
Is there a way to ID a transmission from the options sheet inside the glove box? It's too dark and cold out right now to go climbing under the truck to look at the transmission oil pan and modulator location, so I was hoping the options sheet might tell me what it says. The option sheet number is "1MX1". The VIN identifies it as just a 3 speed. Doesn't say what kind. I'm hoping for a T400, but I suspect its a T350 (that's ok too ) Anyway, if you know how to ID from the numbers, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

This is a listing of the RPO codes. Nothing matches up, but MX is part of most of the transmission codes. MX1 does not match up to a transmission. Slonaker |
