newbie from Denver
Howdy! I'm in Parker, CO, and just joined. I have a '72 C-10 LWB that my dad bought new. Been wanting to do a restoration/customization of it for years, but now I need to unload it. I wanted to list it for sale here but see I have to be a subscriber or something, so now I have to try something else.

Re: newbie from Denver
It's a shame you have to sell it. You should sell the jeep to finance restoring the truck.

Re: newbie from Denver
Welcome to the board from Colorado Springs, too bad you have to sell it I would just keep it until you can start to restore it.

Re: newbie from Denver
Welcome also. Your Dad's ol' truck would turn a lot more heads that a jeep will. I think you will regret it later. I know I have plenty of times. Restore the truck and let the jeep go. It was your Dad's and just know you will be making a mistake. MO

Re: newbie from Denver
Sorry guys, the Jeep ain't going nowhere!!! It's a 1956, same year I was born. It's original date of sale was 3 days after I was born. And, it was my dad's also! I used to drive it around when I was a teenager, so we've got a history. I would prefer to keep them both, and get rid of the wife. That would finance both projects right there. I also need to move to a place with a bigger garage or a shop.

So you think the wife is worth how much? You must think an alful lot to think you could finance both projects selling her.

Well, I sent in my "subscription" check a week ago, and have yet to hear from anybody if I'm "approved" to post an ad yet. How freakin' hard is it to reply to PM's?
