need auto zone part #
My 68 has a 71-72 disc front end 5 lug and i want to change it too 6 lug disc to match the 68 rear what year chevy rotor will fit the 71-72 spindles. There book does 1/2 5 lug or 3/4 ton eight lug for those years. Who has done this interchange and what do i need. I bought it this way.

Good question, if you can find somebody that has ordered a 6 lug kit from GMC pauls they can probably give you the part number, the parts are the same brand autozone carries (the ones in the black/yellow box).

Early Classic Enterprises (ECE), GMC Paul's, McGaughey's.....
Auto Zone AIN'T gonna have anything but the 5-lug rotors. I went with 6-lug rotors, when I ordered my stuff from ECE. I did it that way, because I still have the 6-lug rear axle, and didn't want to deviate. Besides, with the Wheel Vintique Vette-style rallye wheels, and caps, you can't tell anything about how many lug nuts it has.

I don't know the details but I read on one of the boards about using 90-something 6 lug 3/4 ton rotors.
