Can I use sway bar from 73 C20 on my 70 c10?

I bought a beater 73 C20 for parts, and was wondering if I could use the sway bar on my 70 GMC? Would it be a 1 inch bar? My truck presently has the stock swaybar, but if I could use the new one for a cheap upgrade...

Yes, it's the same.

I wrote and FAQ article that outlines the details on front sway bars if you care to read it.
