Need advice on Blazer

New to the 4x4 world I have a chance to buy a 1972 Blazer with 350, 4-speed tranmission, 4 inch suspension lift. Body panels look good other than fresh paint. Cab floor panels need replacing, Doors are rusting on the inside bottom part of the door. The cab looks good other than the floor and is a A/C cab. Top has a 1/2 hole, that can be patched. Drive train, Motor sounds good and c/v joints need to be replaced on front drive shaft. The price is $3500, willing to fix everything but need to know if it sounds like a good start & price. Is floor panels hard to get and how much are them.

Re: Need advice on Blazer

Pics would help but the Price seems ok it depends on rust and what you can or are willing to do. Usually if the floor pans are gone other areas to look for are around the windshield frame, at the back by the tailgate. The rocker boxes etc. Search for some of the rust repair threads and take a look.. Repo parts are available on many things. But not windshield frames and a few other parts Good Luck.
