Glow plug controllers for sale
Off a 95 6.5 NON turbo in a p/30 step van. Worked when removed.
No pic at this time, these are at work, and I am not. gray unit with a 4 flat plug with a green, blue, black, and a larger red, then 2 posts, one large red, and one with 3 gray wires. Any more info needed, just ask. I have quite a few here... 20 bucks will get one to your door... 25 to canada. Please respond here in thread. Checks are ok... won't ship till it clears... I prefer money orders. Money orders only from canada please. Respond here in this thread... I WILL ignore all PM's. Any questions, please feel free to ask. If my price is out of line... let me know. I don't know what this kind of stuff goes for. |

Re: Glow plug controllers for sale
Isn't this the Glow Plug Relay? I am not familiar with the 6.5 I have an 84 6.2 C10
On my 6.2 the controller is located near the firewall threaded into the rear of the intake. The relay is mounted on rubber mounts on the driver side inner fender with a cable running from the batter to the relay a fusbile link and a blade connector running to the bank of glow plugs with a connection running along the fender toward the controller 2 wires to to inform the relay to open and light up glow plugs. Just curious after you post pics I will look at them and if it is a controller I will buy it providing I can verify that it will fit my 6.2 which it should since they are both na models of basically the same diesel. t rex |

Re: Glow plug controllers for sale
Longhorn,
I have two pics here the first one is a 6.2 Controller and the second one is the relay. Can you let me know if the part you are referring to looks like one of these? Thanks |
