I've got one too - that leaves 48 left!!! Seriously, they are somewhat rare but lots more than 50.

Re: '72 1/2ton factory cab lights
There is absolutly no way to make that claim with any certanty.
Every one wants there crap pile to be rare. Hell, every single cab/chassis truck or flat bed truck that left the assembly line had them, and in 72 there were 5974 C/20 cab chassis, 676 K/20 cab chassis, and 14988 one ton cab chassis built. So that alone makes 21,613 that had the lights on the cab. Plus... all the trucks that were optioned like that. |

Re: '72 1/2ton factory cab lights
I think in his question he asked about Half tons, which would exclude all cab/chasis, and flat beds as well as one-tons, so the 21,000ish would all be 3/4 or 1 tons, so back to the original question, no one knows how many 1/2 tons came with them, and definatly not 50, if so, my 4X4 is "SUPER RARE!" cause it is a 1/2 ton 4X4 with lights? Nah, its just a truck.

Re: '72 1/2ton factory cab lights
well, there was also 1640 1/2 ton with no bed sold.
As for trucks with beds, there is literally no way to tell how many had them. I still say the guy is a tool. |

Re: '72 1/2ton factory cab lights
i would GUESS well into the thousands. I have personally seen 10 or so 1/2 tons within a 2 hour drive of me, and there's many more i have not seen. I would consider them somewhat htf, but by no means rare.
