rebuiding a 14-bolf FF axle with questions
As stated, I'm going to pull the R&P and replace the bearings and seals. Does anyone have a good article or reference on how to do this? My biggest concern is "pre-load" on the pinion and gettting the gears to mesh correctly.

hello, new member and i am doing the same thing on a 85 GMC s.w.b. as the pinion can be rotated 360 in the case, any tips warnings are short cuts would help a lot thanks

Found an awesome article on pirate4x4.com, or whatever they're name is. go to the tech section, and then there is an article called "14-bolt bible" or something close to that.
