Re: My 56 Project.......
Here are a few goodies that I have picked up. I have a 350 with a 700R4. The frame and the cab are going to be painted in the nextg few weeks, I have a set of 17 inch, torch thrust II's, and the color will be a candy apple red with ghost flames. I have also put a web page up with some other pictures that I have taken of it.

Re: My 56 Project.......
Thanks Texas, I have only really done work in the last year on it. The first 2 it just sat cause I had no time at all and had another hot rod that I was driving. Once I sold my Firebird, then I started on this one....

Re: My 56 Project.......
Hey 56myway, nice truck, but it looks like a 57 (grill & hood) rather than a 56 to me. Whats the story there?

Re: My 56 Project.......
The story on that one is, when i got the truck, I took the entire body off of the truck all the way down to the frame. i sold all of the body parts except for the hood, because I like the 57 hood rather than the 55-56 hood. I bought an entire new bed, used fenders front and back, doors and a nice 56 cab. So that is the story behind that.....

Re: My 56 Project.......
Well the firewall is painted and the rest of the truck is just about ready for paint. The firewall is covered in dust, so there aren't any inperfections on it like the picture shows. Putting all new bushing on the camaroclip and waiting on a Camaro rear.
