Wood bed mounting holes
One last question with wood bed installs. Is there any dimesions on where the mounting holes should be drilled in the wood prior to install?? This is for a fleetside longbox.
I would like to seal the wood where the holes will be. Cheers!

Re: Wood bed mounting holes
Go to www.mar-k.com I think they have a pretty good section about that. I just laid the wood in and then marked the boards from the underside with a sharpie. Then make sure you have the forsner bit, or whatever it's called, to countersink for the washers.

Re: Wood bed mounting holes
I think that GMC Pauls has a list of the bed wood dimensions and drilling centers. I know i have a copy and I am pretty sure that I downloaded it from there. Good luck.

Re: Wood bed mounting holes
I think I'll have to mock it up first, as not all beds are exactly the same... right
