Those are some nice trucks. It's cool you got to meet Darrell Gwynn. He's a drag racing Icon.

Actually i grew up with Darrell and we went to high school togeather in No. Miami when we were kids i use to hang out at his house and watch his dad work on his funny car, his dad use to race as well. i use to love it when he'd fire it up and do a nice burn out in his driveway.

That blue '81 was a very nice truck the details on it were outstanding there was so much about that truck that you just don't see in the pic's.

At the end of the night when every one was leaving the show they would nail it and light it up when this truck pulled out i was like this should be good when he hit it all it did was squat like a female dog pissin' i think it was because of the air ride 4 link system that it had it wouldn't let it brake loose it just absorbed all the torque. but it sounded healthy.

Thanks for sharing, 87 Stepper...

The details on both of them are really nice. The leather dash looks especially well done. And , 572...

Re: Some truck pic's from a local show

Thats awesome you grew up with Darrell Gwynn. I went to a auto show this past weekend. I only seen one mid 80's pickup. It was nice, but nothing like you posted. Sorry for the crappy pics, but I'm just learning to use the wife's camera.
