Stupid Question of the Week

How do you remove the lower control arms bushings. I was going to replace the whole assembly but the nut is, if I measured correctly, 1 11/16. How the hell do you get that bad boy off.

I use either a pipe wrench or a very large adjustable wrench.

Big ass Crescent Wrench and a Big Ass Hammer ... soak the nuts in WD-40 or some other type of penetrating oil then wail away.

well, I got a 60 gallon compressor, so that shouldn't be a problem. It was just the socket size and all that I was wondering about.
