front drive shaft
Hey,
I have searched on here but cant find it. I have an 84 k10 208 tc and gm10blt 6in sus lift on 35's. The front drive shaft is not long enough and the splines where it meets are worn out and has too much play. I talked to someone who suggested installing a front driveshaft off of a jeep cherokee. Can this be done and exactly which jeeps should I be looking for? They have a one piece front drive shaft, or if anyone has any better suggestions. Thanks Chad |

Re: front drive shaft
Cost around $300 here to have one custom built. You will have to keep the slip yoke for sure.

Re: front drive shaft
I knew that options was there just didnt know if anyone else had used or heard of anyone using a jeep front drive shaft. They would have to change u-joints ect but is a one piece i believe.
Thanks Chad |
