finally lowered it

It still needs work. I need to have the drive shaft shorten, looks like the rear end is shot. I can see a shape of a gear on the rear ends housing. I can also move the back tires back and forth about 1/4". I need to find a way to refasten the rear sway bar and rear helper air bags.

here is a before
31/11.5x15 with a 3 " suspension lift.

20s

rear dropped

some what finished

As you can see the jack is holding the rear up. It sits to low

suspension settled

The front was lifted with springs and the rear had 3" blocks.

Re: finally lowered it

All your Blazer needs is a 12" lift and some 26's.

Seriously though, nice looking Blazer! It looks great and I'll bet it's a blast to drive.

I remember that! I think it had helper bags so he could tow boats? I loved it lowered, and was disappointed to see it raised up. Good to see it down low again!

Re: finally lowered it

Thanks for the input I just updated my pictures now that the suspension has settled. I don't think I can go any lower in the front without cutting the fenders. I only have about 1" or so before the front tires start to hit.
