Compressor Questions
I was looking for a simple air ride setup for my 67 LWB... but my main concern is the compressor... ive heard trucks with compressors and they're extremely loud! does anyone have a compressor they recommend thats quiet(er?) i dont need extreme psi... 150 is enough. any suggestions would be awesome

Re: Compressor Questions
If engine driven is an option then a York might work for you.

Re: Compressor Questions
My Thomas is loud when you're next to it, but with the engine running, I can barely hear it. I have it mounted on the passenger side of the frame all the way in the back.

Re: Compressor Questions
I'd go with a Viair 420 on a 3-5 gallon tank. The 420/460/480 are quieter than their predecessors, and the 420 is faster than the 450/460, and since you don't need 200 psi, i wouldn't bother with the extra cost of a 480.
