Small block casting number

My buddy has a small block in his 82 shortbed and its not the original motor. i was wondering if one of you could break down the casting number for me.

casting # - 10066036

And that number behind the alt- M10099VP

Any help would be awesome

10066036...350...........2 or 4...Target Master/Goodwrench crate motor, 2-piece rear seal, "Hecho en Mexico"
