Wheeling Trips
So who's going where to wheel this spring?
Or have any plans for the year...? With Paragon closing it slims down our choices in the east. Not closed yet but when the court proceedings end, it's all over. We're going to Rausch in early May and always looking for other spots to wheel, any body have anything worth note back east? The sand dunes in Michigan sound fun, anybody been there? |

Re: Wheeling Trips
Ever hit up Wellsville, OH? It'd be a trip for you, but its worth it. Right on the Ohio River Ohio/W.Va. border. I have heard rumors that part of it is closing as well due to liability, but not the entire thing.
EDIT: I went there with a few guys from CK5, and I'm pretty sure they go fairly regularly when the weather is nice. Jerry (JK5), Mike (madmike), and...oh crap, I forgot his name, but his user i.d. is mudjunkie82. If you're reading this, sorry

Re: Wheeling Trips
It's crazy there's nothing around here, we currently travel 7/8 hours to wheel for a weekend.
If Ohio wasn't that much further, we might consider it. Paragon is closing due to a land buy out. The owner sold it only three years into the lease. |
