can anybody tell me on a 73-87 big block truck are the mounts on the frame the same as a small block

I took a 305 out and bolted in a 454 with no problems. The motor came out of a suburban and I think I left the suburban mounts on the motor. I've done this swap on cars before with no modifications.

what i have is a 72 truck with a 350 putting in a 454 i thought i might be able to use the better mounts on a 73-87 truck wonder if the frame engine mount on a the 73-87 are the same on 350- 454

as far as a 72 model, I don't know if the frame mounts interchange but I know if you put the existing 350 mounts on the 454, it will bolt up

'72 big block mounts are unique to that year, only 72 big block mounts will work.
