Throw a little blue in her and she'll be "Old Glory".

Here is my VIN plate from the door jamb. (just happen to have a picture of it)
Oh, and that truck does have a Candycane look to it.

Re: project update PICS. name suggestions?
I think you should call your project AMNESIA, since she doesn't know who she is and can't be identified.

Re: project update PICS. name suggestions?
yeah, AMNESIA is pretty funny!
ps... THANKS for posting the pic of the vin tag, but i believe 70+ uses a single 3" x 4" plate, rather than the two smaller business card style you have there. again, keep 'em comin!!! |

Re: project update PICS. name suggestions?
Sorry about the candystripe comment...
That will look awesome once the trims on... I'm going to stay outta the naming thing... I can't think of safe names at the moment... As soon as you said southern, my brain thought Bubba... Like I said Sorry, I'll shut up now...........

Re: project update PICS. name suggestions?
Welcome from Pensacola, FL. That's the color scheme I'm using on my 69 Suburban. My buddy (whose the painter) wrote "Cat in the Hat" on the side the other day just to mess with me.

Could I ask you while your trim is off to measure the width of white strip on your bed? (between the 2 tone) Maybe a measurement at the ends of the bed and one in the middle. Thank You..Killer! ps--once the trim is on that will be a clean lookin ride.
