Help !!!!!!!

Does anyone know of a block decoding website for IL 6 cyl engines? My flatbed doesn't seem to have the original 292 it is supposed to have. Block cast number is 328575. 65 292 parts are not matching up. I.E plugs, points, coil etc. I am wondering if it is a newer 250. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Jerry
