In the first inspection I did not notice but after I took the front clip off and cleaned it this is what I found. Is there any wayt to repair other than a new cab. I have a good welder that will help me but any ideas would be helpful. Thanks in advance Jim |

Oh man, all I can say is good luck. I hope there is a donor or replacement cab in your near future. I wouldn't want to be in your shoes right now.:p

Mine looked a lot like that too. I couldn't fix it, but I can't weld that well either. If you are very careful and take your time you might be able to save it. I just found a different cab and went that route.

it doesn't look too extensive..... I'd take a die grinder and start cutting into the rusted area and see how much cancer there is.... won't cost you much, and you might find that it's fixable...

Man I have the same thing. I may have to look for a new cab some day as well.
