Ok ... well without giving to much details, my financial situation may require me to sell everything i have for my motor swap and wait till a later day.

What i have:

5.3L GenIII Motor complete with all accessories.(ECU, O2 Sensors, ALT., A/C Compressor, ...etc...) Only thing not on motor is throttle body ...see pics

Also have a 4L60E Tranny (needs to be checked but looks solid)

I have the entire 2003 stock wiring harness ...see pic

The motor is on a enginestand ready to go.

I live in California near Fresno.

Just looking to see if anyone would be interested in buying before i decide.

Looking to get $3000.00 - $3500.00

It's really hard for most people to justify paying that price for engine alone, especially with that mileage. I paid just a little more than your asking price for my late-model LS1 with 6spd tranny, and around the same mileage.
