new 65
Well, I just got back to CO. My father in law has given me a 65 Chevy c-10 stepside. Rust holes in the floor, the fenders, the mufflers, and the bed is rotted. My wife thinks that I am crazy for even wanting the truck. MAN is it BEAUTIFUL.
It has a 74 c-10 350 engine. I just put a new suspension in it (just the stock springs and shocks) and put on new tires and rims. I went with 31/10.5/15 because I live on a dirt road, a very bad dirt road. I will pics in a bit. I am glad I have found this forum that has such enthusiasm for these trucks. |
