how accurate when they say 3,4,5 inch etc.
how accurate is the drop when they say 4 inch drop , can i expect exactly 4 inches in drop? or more, i know sometimes on lift kits it raises it a little more than advertised.

usualy on older vehicles you will get less drop than advertised. due to the fact the your suspension has settled quite a bit since new. they are advertising the drops from the height a 'new' stock suspension would be. for example i bought a 5/7 drop kit for my truck, but the front only came down 4 1/2 inches, b/c the suspension had settled about a 1/2 inch or so.........hard to put a figure to it. just depends on how worn out and 'settled' your suspension is.

thanks for the reply , and sorry mine was so slow , my internet connection is messed up , as soon as i get a pic of my truck loaded on the internet i will ask more questions , but as of now i am thinking , drop spindles and 3 inch drop springs in back , and depending on how low it goes, 1 inch springs in front, ill just have to wait until i get a picture of it to get an idea...
