re-texture the top
I am in the process of repairing my top, The previous owner had a dumb luggage rack deal on there that I took off and fiberglassed all the holes, then filled and sanded the body filler.
I want to re-texture the top again on the cheap. I plan on using rustoleum industrial white either sprayed or rolled on. Not sure what way im gonna go yet. |

Here's post on just repainting.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=146442 As far as retexturing,I used a Schutz gun ,or underbody coating gun to replicate the look of the top. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...ighlight=shutz

Re: re-texture the top
I just did mine also following BobbyK's thread. I used a stone texture spray paint that was supposed to be great on fiberglass and plastic. Then I used the marine topcoat as well. Came out good. Did you roll or spray on?
