Sm465 Pto
what kinds of thing have you guys done with your PTOs? my sm465 has one and i have always wanted to do something with it.... just something. are winches available for these? what other types of accessories can we hook up?

Mine once ran a drilling rig. Besides what the rig itself weighed, they added 2400LB to the truck to stabilize the truck. Apparently that wasn't enough, because there was also provision for adding weigh bags to the bumper.
Hydraulic pumps were widely used, and can drive most any accessory... Winch, dump, hoist, saw, plow, pump, compressor... pretty much any shaft drive accessory. Even better, you can quickly swap hydraulic tools

With a 3-point hitch anything is possible.I have a wrecker with one.I had a truck w/pto winch and I loved it.It`s cool to operate a winch with the gas pedal.Especially with nice sounding exhaust.Alot cooler then,"wrrrrrrrrrr".

is it possible to hook up hydraulics to the pto for lowierng and rasing it like a lowrider?
