Question Good price for aluminum???

Is this a good price for aluminum diamond plate?

http://quickshipmetals.com/metal-flo...ing--080-.html

Thinking about using this for a dash to replace the original guages in my 63. Would also put a piece on the glove box lid to even the dash out.

They also have stainless tread that isn't that much more in price.

Just don't know if I can find it cheaper locally. Chicago land area.

I don't know if this is something you'd be interested in, but it's vinyl diamond plate. Comes in chrome or other colors. Stick-on adhesive back. You can use it in an area that has a lot of angles or curves to it. Looks almost like the real stuff.

Re: Good price for aluminum???

I'd rather have thin diamond plate vs a sticker.

Thanks for the info tho.
