Frame and box lengths were the same 2wd or 4x4. 127" wheelbase long and 115" short.

Remove 12" in wheelbase and another 8" from behind the wheels to make yourself a shorty (insert pun).

this guy is on our board, I think his name is kid54. I don't have the measurements, but he used the long bed with the big wheelwells which I think looks good.

man that truck is perfect just the way it is, i would leave it no paint no primer, nuthing!
