1 year later
Few days after i purchased in first pic , how it sits as of today. I haven't had as much time here lately to work on it. Finally got a new bumper and passenger fender (decided i need to quit being cheap and pay up). Looks a little better. Not much bling but this is how i like em.

Badriand , it is looking " bad " in a good way ! Keep polishing that " gem till it becomes a diamond " ! Our old trucks don't need any more bling , they are " bling " enough on their own . ' nuff said !

Re: 1 year later
Thanks guys, i need to take some more pics - shot this one yesterday after i drove it around the block. It runs just don't have it registered, will be more fun when i can get it on the hiway instead and open it up. Need to get started on the bed and then adjust a whole lot of issues.
I have a shot of my shifter. Last edited by badriand; 04-13-2008 at 11:10 PM. |

Re: 1 year later
Got a few more, Eventually will get me some better rims and some big white walls. Can't wait to get time to work on my bed , anxious to see how far down it is going to sit.

Re: 1 year later
Been a while since i did anything. Had to put truck on back burner when my youngest son was born. My wife gave me permission to start working on it again. Putting vent and side windows in hopefully this weekend and hopefully will have bed done after Christmas. Then possibly a color change.

Re: 1 year later
Looks good. You shouldn't be apologizing. There are only a few guys here that can call up CPP or others, drop a couple thousand and stand around waiting for UPS to show up...and I'm not one of them....DOH!
Your shift knob might look good with big red or green glass "eyes" in the skull. Try Michael's or a big craft store. |
