factory a/c dash 456

where is the ashtray on an a/c das in a 456?
Did the 60-3 trucks come with a/c?, What did their dash look like?

Trucks with the factory A/C option, the ash tray was relocated below the dash under the ignition switch and cigarette lighter on 64-66 trucks. Not sure if A/C was available on 60-63 trucks. Here are some pictures from my 65 4x4.
