where to get caps and rings for rally wheels?
Anyone know a source to get the factory aluminum chevy center caps and some good trim rings. I have kept an eye out at junkyards without any luck. I never see any in good shape. I know I can find trim rings from several sources, but don't want to buy any cheap junk that pops off and bends all the time.
I had to pay premium for some caps for my GMC, and figured I would ask before I do that again. Thought somebody might know a good place to buy some. Thanks in advance.

They pop up on eBay from time to time, I just bought one for $0.99. I went to Super Chevy a couple weeks ago hoping to buy a new repro set, the vendor didn't show up.

Re: where to get caps and rings for rally wheels?
I agree with S10Fan, watch eBay for a set. Occasionally, a NOS set of 4 caps will pop up, and being GMC, they don't sell as well. I have seen NOS sets of 4 listed for under a $100.00 (I think starting prices was $49.00 or so). It pays to be patient. I picked up 2 sets of NOS chevy caps (8 caps with screws) for about 60 each for each set. The key is being being patient. Trim rings are harder to find, but are on eBay also.

Re: where to get caps and rings for rally wheels?
I bought a set of GMC caps from a member here that were brand new in a box. I bought a set of the Chevy bowtie decals that go on the caps from another member. Might have even been the same member but different transaction? That way I could go either way.
Pays to be patient but keep your eyes open. But you might try LMC. They offer a repop set but they are made from plastic. Personaly I feel thats better anyways. No pitting and if they get in bad shape they were cheap enought to just replace them. I bought a set for my 4x4 and they still look good today, 4 or so years later. If they would have offered 2wd caps at the time I would have bought them instead of the OEM ones I mentioned above. If you are going for resto the OEM ones are the ticket. If you just want something that looks good I'd go with the LMC pieces. Also, when I bought mine, they didn't include the mounting screws or even offer them. I believe they now come with a complete set. And those are a $6.95 item at the dealer - x 12 = ~$84!!! Here is the LMC page. If that doesn't work it is page 100 of their online catalog. When I bought my 4x4 caps I thought they were ~$15 a pair, so $30 for a set of front and rear. Looks like they have went up a bit? Looks like they have the Aluminum ones too if that is your choice.
