So, what are the size requirements for the Avatar(d)s? Do they shrink them automatically?

they cant be larger than 100 X 100 pixels...they are not shrunk automatically, you have to do it.

Yeah I know it seems like every one has an avatar besides me, it sucks, i want one. I think they should just give them to you. But its kinda funny, pathetic, yet funny, that we have a sorta race to 100 posts for avatars
