Finally replaced my softop.
. This guy does excellent work. He works out of his home in Tucson and has had experience replacing Kaline tops. This is his first Blazer top. He used my old top as a pattern and I left the truck with him for two days. I chose not to have side windows since the sides are rolled up 95% of the time. The workmanship is much better than the original Kaline top. He used superior zippers, snaps and buckles. And he made the top slightly bigger to allow for shrinkage. My old top shrank so much, I had to modify the frame. He says Blazer tops will run $750-$1000. He estimated a little low on mine but stuck to his estimate. I left my old top with him to use as pattern. Here's his website: http://www.autotopsandinteriors.com/ .

Re: Finally replaced my softop.
Is that just for the top or top and hardware?
Looks very nice. I liked my Kayline I had on my last Jimmy better than my Best top I have now! |

Re: Finally replaced my softop.
That's just for the top. You would have to find or fabricate the hardware.

Re: Finally replaced my softop.
I'm new here, but I thought I would drop a pic of what I've been up to since '94.
Yes it works, one motor for the top, one for the bed cover. All steel |

Nice top pistolpapa, i love the color of the Blazer too. There's just something about an old yellow Blazer. Mario
