if they retract nicely i will take them shipped to depew ny 14043.....also it looks like the floor piece they mount to is still on them why is this...and how rusty are they under the cover...let me know if everything is good consider them sold...if it comes to me....thanks, T

As far as rusty, it's funny that the floor was so bad and these are in such good shape. They look like they were never used (go figure) and the only rust is the part that touches the floor piece that you see....
