Offset Hardware - center pin
Ever had holes that are just a little bit off? Ya gotta try these new Offset bolts and studs. Just put em in the offset hole and cut of the extra!! Voila!!
Just joking... So, I've been "DOG TRACKING" in the 73 K5. Got some advice on this great forum and got new leaf centering pins and some custom U-bolts. What you see above is what came out of the 35 year old spring pack. Only shifted the bottom 2 leafs about 2 inches. That's what sheared the locating pin off. The repair, as expected, made a HUGE difference in driveability. DUH! But, as a bonus, my steering wheel is almost squared up!! Whoo-Hoo!! Next, on to some bodywork! - Dave
