Re: Control Arms???
Are you talking about A-arms? if so:
One will work on the other, but they are not really the same. 71 will be shaped different in the steering stop area. That is really the only difference, the ball joints are interchangeable between the years, just make sure that you are using the B.J.'s for the year spindles you are using. If you are talking about the rear trailing arms, yes they are the same.

Re: Control Arms???
yeh was talking about the A-arms. Im probably just going to take the A-Arms and stuff off the 71 and swap it over to the 67 frame. Thanks for the help.

Re: Control Arms???
The A-arms are the same, just put 71 BJ on the 67 arms and bolts the spindle on and go, just know that the center link and all should be swapped as well since the 67 tie rods are a smaller diameter. The 71 spindles will require the 71 outer tie rods, and if you use the 67 center link then you'll need 67 inner tie rods, but again the 71 center link then all 71 parts (BTW the 71 Tie rods bigger diameter shafts are stronger than the 67 stuff, so the upgrade is a no brainer).
