another idiot with wheel questions
Ok my truck is at my dads in alabama right now and i havent actually seen it yet...and my dad hasnt taken the center caps of the wheels to see if it is 6 lug or not. I am assuming that since it is 4 wheel drum that it is 6 lug right? I really like the staggered look
Question 1? What are is the bolt patterns for a 1970 5-lug and 6 lug. Question 2? Centerline has some crazy deals right now so what size and backspacing rim should i order for 18 front and 20 rear (20x9.5 rear and 18x8 front) Question 3? If i go all 20s what backspacing front and rear. Question 4? 22s in back 20s in front I now that these questions get asked a lot but there is so much about it in the search topics its hard to seperate fact from fiction. Please help lol THanks Jimmy

Re: another idiot with wheel questions
1970 didn't have 5 lugs - those started the next year, in '71. It was a 5x5 bolt pattern.
6-lug pattern (IIRC) is 6x5.5. More than likely it is a 6-lug. "so what size and backspacing rim should i order for 18 front and 20 rear (20x9.5 rear and 18x8 front)" "If i go all 20s what backspacing front and rear." You can search for this, as it has come up several times.
