Well i joined the 73-87 club
Well today i joined the 73-87 club. I picked up a 1982 k10 with a 6.2l diesel in it. The powerplant was supposedly rebuilt 70k ago, and it has a 700r4 behind it. Rusty but trusty i suppose, it will be fine as the beater i want it for. Pics to come when he delivers it tomorrow night.

Re: Well i joined the 73-87 club
Well i got it today, and in all the excitement i forgot to snap a few pics before i started wrenching, typical. Any way, its is a decent truck with a few options, cruise, power locks and such. The passenger door wont open, and the truck is a bear to get started(especially with dead batteries haha). Seems to run good, but blows alot of smoke mabey i can snap some pics before school tomorrow. Does any one know how to bleed the air out of the lines?
