Door stuck !!!

I was trying to adjust my door, with the striker plate, well I,ve adjusted it too far in and now the door will not open. I,ve tried everything I can think of including kicking it, but it will not open. Is there some wat to get the doors open if they get like this?? thanks

I would pull the handle from the inside, maybe get someone to help you, and then push with your feet from the inside, it must be jammed up.
If that dosent work ,pull the fender and unbolt the hinges, that will definatly loosen it up!

Watching this thread with interest. My pass. door is stuck "ajar", won't open and won't close all the way. Didn't want to kick it because I don't want to break something (if it's not already broken). Spent about 6 man hours getting the screws out of the driver's door panel several years ago and sprayed the crap out of the pass. door panel screws with PB Blaster but still no joy with a hand impact driver.
