ya i looked on there, almost 700 bucks for a fiberglass one. I can get a stell for like 400. i thought i found one cheaper before, why so big of a difference

dont know why so expensive but be carefull on buying fiberglass hoods some are flimsy junk. price depends on weather its a liftoff or hinged. hinged are much more expensive because there is a lot more framework ie support. 700 is way out of line if you ask me. there is'nt a lot of fiberglass hoods for pre 73 though. phipp

PM member Mike Nutt. He has the best looking glass hood I have ever seen for these trucks. If you want a good one you will pay. If you don't want to pay, stick with a steel hood. But the one he has is the best looking and fitting hood I've seen.
