Wheel spacers
I was wondering if anyone is using wheel spacers on their trucks. I'm looking at purchasing a set of 3" billit spacers to help the rear tires fill the wheel well and centering the rearend. I'll also be using a wider rear tire on the 8" rims. Anyone using spacers?

Re: Wheel spacers
I'm running 2.5" spacers on my rear.
2 plus years no trouble. Not a lot of weight on them. I've got about 1/2" between tire and lip. No problems aired up or down.

Re: Wheel spacers
Are you guys running the spacers on the 2wd rears or on the 4x one? And did you go with the stock s10 offset rims or switch to a different set?
I'm working on the s10 swap build up on the frame at the moment while I wait to pick up my trucks. Cheers, Ted. |

Re: Wheel spacers
My rear is a S-10 4 dr 4x4 in my 59.
I'm running 15x7 ralleys with 70 series. I think a set of 2" would have been a better choice 4 my truck.

Re: Wheel spacers
I'm using 2.5 billit spacers. Been on for two years with no problem. I'm running the same rear as entourageguy, but mine is a 2 wheel drive and his was from a 4 wheel drive, 4x4 is wider then the 2x4.
