Day Time running lights
I was just wondering if anyone has converted their headlight system to Day Time Running lights. I saw a kit once, Jegs maybe, or similar, I can't recall for sure.
Anyway, I wouldn't think it would take too much. Would an additional relay with a 'key on' hot lead added to the harness do it, or am I over simplifying? I like having my headlights on while driving, but can't count the times I've killed a battery by leaving the lights on after exiting the truck. I have halogen sealed beams now, but was thinking about upgrading to a newer, brighter light. Is going to be costly? What is the popular route here?

Re: Day Time running lights
I have them on mine bought the kit from LMC It puts the brights on at half power and has a 30 second delay when off to let you get in the house.
