Stainless window trim
On my 50 it has stainless trim around the inside of the door windows. A few people I have talked to have made it sound like they are a rarity to find. My question is are they rare or just not that common? Were they standard with certain trucks, ( 5 windows) and optional on others, or just optional on everything? I have seen lots of these trucks, both 5 and 3 window cabs, most of them unrestored and none of them have the stainless. My pick up is a 3 window that I got 10 years ago from the 2nd owner and he had it since 1956. I was a farm truck so I'm sure he wouldn't have changed them during it's life.

Re: Stainless window trim
Ah, The trim is fairly easy to find. But finding NICE trim is another problem.
I have bought whole trucks just for the trim. Once a few years ago i bought a 5 ton(freakin huge) grain truck for the stainless trim on the doors and windshield. I polished it up on a buffer, it was so sweet. Sold good on Ebay.
