Evaporative emissions control
Hey guys, I lost my gas cap and need to get a new one but I noticed that there are two different types depending on whether or not my blazer has eec. What is a good way to tell if it does or not? It's a 1970 with a 350 by the way. Thanks- Tristan

Re: Evaporative emissions control
All of the '70's I have been around or owned did not have EEC. The same fuel cap was used from the late 40's to 1970. The 3/4 and 1 ton '71 and '72 trucks also used this cap.

Alright, sounds good. I'll go ahead and order a non eec cap. Thanks
