nerf bars?
Any way to put nerf bars on a 82? If any one can help I would appreciate it. Pics?

yes... they should make some that fit... thought i dont like them.. unlike newer trucks (maybe its just 4x4s) where the frame is visible below the body, our years arent! so you would have to make/mount a drop bracket.. so the nerfs really wouldnt be mounted directly to the frame.... ATLEAST THIS IS WHAT I HAVE OBSERVED....I COULD BE WRONG I HAVE NEVER MOUNTED THEM.. YOU MIGTH STROLL OVER TO THE 4X4 FORUM OR EVEN COLORADOK5.COM...

I've seen it done before. They were nerf bars for an extended cab. The only modification was fabbing a bracket since the gas tank is in the way. It looked good and someday I would like to put some on my truck.
